Arriving For Your Appointment

Try to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to park. Our parking lot uses a kiosk, which accepts cash or credit cards.

We ask that you do not bring children and friends to your appointment with you. This time is for you 🙂

For those of you traveling longer distances, please note we do have a restroom available in our facility. Also, if you find yourself stuck in traffic, just give us a call and let us know so we can coordinate our schedule. 

Cancellation Policy

In order to provide you and other clients of Vanish, Inc. the best possible care, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointments. We do charge a $50 late cancellation/no show fee for missed appointments.  Remember, we work by appointment only – that means we are here just for you. Call us anytime at 570-562-6797.
